Do you provide alcohol service?

At this time we do not offer alcohol service.  We do understand how important wine/beer pairing can be for a fine dinner or event. For this reason we do have a trained wine consultant/certified sommelier on staff and can provide craft cocktail ideas and recipes upon request.


Do I need a professional kitchen?

In most instances our highly trained professional chefs can work with what you have.  We will consult with you directly to understand any kitchen limitations you may have so that your Bleu Cuisine experience is not limited in any way.


Can I request certain foods, dishes, or ingredients?

Absolutely.  Of course any limitations would be connected to what can or cannot be procured in the Midwest depending on vendor inventory, seasonality, etc.


How will my menu be selected?

There are various factors to be considered when creating the perfect menu.  Our team will work directly with you to understand what you want, work through any diet or allergy related factors, and select locally sourced/organic ingredients whenever possible.  We are here to serve you and make your Bleu Cuisine experience perfection.
